Playing with color, light and form; 3D printed lamp shades and diffusers.
Trying to make a chair out of salvaged/found airplane parts.
Playing with mesh radios, LoRA, and decentralized communications platforms like Meshtastic and Reticulum. With a lot of code from Claude, I got the Reticulum firmware running on the Seeed Studio Wio Tracker L1. It was quite a process.
Medium-format film photographs made in Monterey, CA on a roadtrip in 2021. I like to use the word "made" for capturing images, it's weightier and more artistic. It's also more pretentious.
Modifying an IKEA tension shelf for my office with custom-sized plywood shelves, lots of paint stripper, sanding and electrolytic etching. Pictured: 3D printed sanding tools.
Fictional branding explorations inspired by motorsport, livery, and decals.

I made a bunch that didn't work, in different shapes, multiple filament colors and materials until I thought it was cool enough.
Making the best out of a setback. — I tried to get this e-ink display working with the r-node firmware and struggled. Instead I had Claude write a little script to display information I wanted about nearby wifi networks, incorporating my ad-hoc custom UI design.
